After a long wait since the initial order..May.

The car has finally arrived! It took about 6 months due to a mess up at the dealership!

Either way its here! And so far I'm loving it!

It comes with 10miles on the clock!!

Mine came with the Amber interior, and so far all my colleagues who have seen it said that it looks really good!

It came with software SMEG 5.2.C.R1 which was dated 08.01.15.
Also the MyLink Citroen App for Android worked perfectly fine..no need to connect, it automatically logs data.

Enough talking...here are the pics!

Anyway here are a few pics!

Lovely, lovely - looks like someone borrowed my own car! The engine and power delivery are great and I do so much like the futuristic looks. LED lighting inside and out is impressive at night. Take a look at the 3d rear light clusters. Still odd that Citroen retain footwell lighting and number plate lighting with conventional bulbs, but you may find footwell bulbs may have disappeared as part of the mood lighting reduction.

Try the auto parking feature using the P button on the steering wheel, if you want to be further impressed (bay or parallel park).

Quite a few members disappear once they get their new car, so it would be good to hear your experiences.

Thanks everyone!!

I gotta say then gearbox and the engine are a very good combo. Also dropping it in manual mode makes it more fun to drive in certain situations...however like today the majority of time in traffic the auto box is a godsend.

The massage function on the seats is kinda annoying..will try it again on a long journey when my back is tired to see if any movements wake it up. Basically its an airfilled lumbar support which inflates and deflates, one is low and one is in the middle of your back.

With the mood lighting you get the top ones near the headlight, and ones near the handles...but not a huge fan of them personally, so that was turned off in the settings menu.

Another thing...with the BT on the phone, when it reads my phone book...it reads it surname, firstname. Is there anyway to put it firstname, surname? Also is there a way to save favourites?

Thanks again everyone...don't worry, not planning to leave. Not at least for 3 years

Oh forgot to say...I have no plans to use the auto park feature in the time I own it...Might have to learn it for the Mrs to use. She currently has my old car before I got a company car. Lets say its got some war wounds now!!

There is a way to change the way the phonebook is read, so the names are first name first. I had the same problem, when I told my Citroen garage they came and changed it but I can't remember how. It's either in the book or the workshop at your local garage should know. I'd try them if not let me know and I'll ask my workshop Manager.

Thanks, I figured it out after a little play. You have to go into the phone book, select a contact, open it so you see all details, then you will have the option to change it to first name surname.

Bit long winded but did the trick!

Glad it worked for you, I'd changed my phone book before I learned about it.

Yep, its something I would have lived with. Not got the patience to change the 200+ numbers I have. I would haven just used the short dials on the phone.

Just an update re the car...fitted the LED bulbs into the car! Makes a big difference to the visibility and the look of the car. I wasn't going to get the fogs done as hardly use them, but they come on when turning the wheel and indicating. So I've ordered some H11 Leds as well.

The headlights bulbs were a very easy part to change...apart from a few scratches on the back of my hand due to being a bit tight on space!

Car looks great. Looking forward to getting mine soon. Can you confirm which bulbs you bought as I'd prefer to match the colour of the low beam bulbs with the daytime running lights if possible.

The style I went for are these... - Click Here -

H7 for headlights and H11 for fogs.

Still waiting for my H11, will update when they arrive!

Bought a set of H7 for my Skoda and a set for the Citroen. The Skoda needed inline resistors, but the Citroen ones worked just fine without!

When I get a chance tomorrow, I'll try and update with some pics from the headlight bulb swap out.

Vimto2000 - did you swap out any of the GP interior bulbs for LEDs? Like the boot lamp, front storage box? Also the rear number plate bulbs?

I've avoided doing anything that would affect warranty or cause Canbus issues, but things like the boot lamp shouldnt be a major problem.

Never really been bothered about the other stuff to be honest. The only other thing that I may do is the torch in the boot... As that would be worthwhile.

I believe that's a really easy one to do. I remember reading a guide someone did. Not sure if it was on this site.
