Hi all,

It's my first topic in C4owners.org
I'm from Poland and I've C4 2005yr. 1.6 HDi 109 hp.
One month ago I replaced clutch on new "sachs" and now I want to go on chiptuning BSI. Could you tell me whether someone put in C4 STAGE2 - Click Here - i.e :

Colector Escape Turbo (OEM)
Turbo Garrett GTBVK Recon
Kit Intercooler frontal e tubagem
Downpipe
e outros

and can tell how it's look like and how's working engine, whether are any problems ?

Below my power measurement chart in series.

As long as the person doing the mapping of the ECU is good. Then I can see no issues related to the engine. The block itself I would imagine is capable of supporting more power. I mean they run fine around 140-150hp remapped an people on here have ran them for years like that.

With a new turbo I would imagine you would be around the 160-180hp mark.

The main issue I would worry about would be the flywheel if it is still running a dual mass item. A solid flywheel will be a better option with more power and torque. Gearbox will be fine, the BE4 boxes are used on plenty of modified cars as they are quite strong.

When we wanted put STAGE 1 in my ECU, dual mass has started slide, so we stoped uploading new set and I went to replace dual mass on new. In 8 August I will be go again on remap ECU. But I start thinking about change turbo and intercooler on bigger, something on 150-160 hp.
You think it's possible?

Easily see 160hp with better intercooler, an turbo. Would be checking to make sure you won't need better injectors though.
