I found some nice looking alloy wheels 17x8,25 ET 25. I wonder if these wheels will fit my car. I currently have 18x7,5 ET18 (5mm spacers in the back). I hope one of you can tell me if this will fit ^^

BTW, im Dutch, exuse my english (it probably isnt good )

It depends if they have a PCD of 108X4 and a centre bore diameter of 65.1mm - all in the FAQ: - Click Here -

I reckon if you run 225/45/17's with a spacer of 15-20mm on the front they would look nearly perfect in terms of filling out the arches.

That would be the same as what I ran virtually in terms of width an offset. As I ran 18x8's on 225/40/18's with ET25 with 20mm spacers. Effectively making it ET5. So I did a comparison to my old setup which was on Bilstein B14 coilovers and I know worked. Click the link below. Be warned at full lock I did get some minor rubbing on the arch at my ride height. Which you can see on the lowering thread.

They are 4x100&4x108, the centre bore is not 65.1 but they come with adapters. I have checked everything to be as similar as possible to factory wheels. The only thing i am not sure About is the width of the wheel 8,25J. I have never heard any C4 owner About such wide wheels.

Modding citroens isnt very popular here in the netherlands 😕

Thats the answer i have been looking for, haha
You have had no problems what so ever with clearance?
I neer to get Some spacers for the front, but van I keep the 5mm in the back? Will 235/40/17 be a problem or does 225/45 look beter?

Checking it, I have run 18x8 on ET25 for a bit. An again thats similar to what you want to run. So should fit fine I would imagine. As my 18x8's did at standard offset, they just looked a lot better spaced out.

Also you are better off with a 225, going to a 235 won't actually give you any additional tyre on the ground over a 225. Needs to be on a wider rim really.

it is actually better for me to get 225 since they are cheaper
I just need to find some good quality spacers and im good to go.

i have added a picture of how my car should look with the new wheels, and a picture of just the wheel.
