I have my phone paired to my 2013 C4 and it works fine (except that callers sometimes say the sound quality is bad at their end although it is superb in the car)

My question is, if I pair my wife's phone as well do I have to select which phone is connected every time I get in the car? If so, how do I do this? What happens if we are both in the car?

If you pair 2 phones, the car will pair with either. If both of you get in the car, it will pair with the first one it finds.

For the call quality, our sales manager has a 508 estate & suffered from what sounds like the same issue. There's a new software update that handles the calibration of the microphone better. As it's under warranty, take it back to the dealer & ask them if there's a software update that will fix the issue.

Generally speaking, you should make sure the driver's phone links via Bluetooth.

In the event you want to change which phone is linked, use the Bluetooth Management options available by pushing the Menu button and selecting Bluetooth.
