 My 2016 flair model has this touchscreen issue. It is driving me mad. I am told I have the latest software. It does not recognise when a USB stick is attached and also does not let CarPlay work. I am so frustrated with this [%*^#@!] and nobody seems to have any idea what to do? Any help out there.
