It's only the type of springing that's being changed. None of the locating points are altered - they aren't adjustable.

Just contacted my local dealer and have been told that the rebound block part number is incorrect or no longer available, and that it is isn't possible to convert my 07 plate GP to coils because my rear axel is different. I don't think it is going from the diagrams and photos I have seen of the conversion, can someone confirm this for me please?

That sounds like a load of old cods, try another dealer although when i was doing mine they didn't want to supply parts when they knew what they were for, if i remember correctly another member on here had his converted by the dealership in southampton which isn't too far from you, look through the search for rear spring conversion it's in there.

I've not read through the rest of this thread so i apologize if this has already been mentioned. There is a place in Sheffield which will do the conversion for you or just supply the parts. eBay listing: - Click Here - Website: - Click Here - |

If you're willing to put in a bit of legwork, you can order the springs from your local motor factor or take a chance on eBay (do NOT buy used springs).. The spring seats and an bump stops are available from the dealer or used from a breaker or eBay.

Dave_Retired. wrote ... You hook the car up to 'Lexia/Proxia' (Dealer Diagnostic System) go into the settings on the car and deselect the pneumatic suspension option My local Citroen specialist relaced the air suspension for coil springs this week. However the fault / error message keeps returning to the dashboard. He said when he went into Lexia to deselect the pneumatic suspension option several times, it clears for a while, then returns when the car is re-started, it hasn't cancelled yet. Any ideas why / what he could do to remove the code? I have a 2008 C4GP Many thanks |

You will need to disable auto height correction as well. The fuse for the auto height correction will also need to be removed. I've not had any error messages since I did this.
