Ok thanks - it sounds like it doesn't matter if the Air Suspension ECU is disconnected or not then.

Which is what I said several posts ago.

Just in case any of you didn't know, the rear coil spring suspension from the GC4P is also used on the Peugeot 5008.

This is an unnacceptable situation in my view; I have the same problem but have got a conversion kit coming (not my preference but can't afford the car sat on drive) Spoke to my dealership and they said they had 6 sets on back order. I wonder how many over the country and Europe are in the same position without answers,

I had problem with my rear suspension this spring. Problem started with suspension faulty notice. Brought it to garage, had to wait 4 weeks for new airbags to come. Service suggested to change both air bags at once.

Hi, I'm just waiting to see if my warranty will pay on on a full pneumatic airbag and compressor repair. Claim awaiting inspection and my mechanic seems hopefully. If they don't I will do the conversion myself and buy off eBay the Lexia stuff to do software adjustment myself.

I've saved a few rear springs on my eBay account but wondered can anyone post a link from an eBay item showing what they suggest or recommend is the correct springs I need.

I've got a 2.0HDi Exclusive Grand Picasso. Any help much appreciated.

Hello,

This is my first post here,

I think i can bring some help, and i need too,

My name is Daniel and i am from portugal,

I have a C4GP CMP6 2.0 HDI (2007)

I recently have update to the refered conversion spring coils kit, but stills theres a problem on removing the warning on dashboard with Diagbox or Lexia.

I just removed the error with Diagbox but the error is still awake on the dash, but the permanent service light is now ok.

As i've know, now after some weeks of learning, it seems the Suspension ECU needs to be removed.

Or the MainECU will still getting the error from Susp.ECU

I am talking about this because i do have a Diagbox XS Evo with Lexia 3 and pp2000

But need some help on the complete process to remove the warnings.

Thanks

You can't simply delete the error log.

You need to go into the suspension settings and change it from pneumatic to normal suspension, however I can't help with where it is in the settings menu as I have never used Diagbox

Hi,

Sorry for bringing up old post, but maybe anyone knows how to solve this problem? I've disconnected pneumatic ECU. In BSI, disabled pneumo ECU and rear level sensor. In ESP ECU set without pneumo. What else should be set to get rid of suspension fault on dash?

Thanks.

e mail icon, Tel: 01332 345 869.

Get in touch with this Derby garage, they make up the kits and post them out to you so it can be fitted at a garage of your choice. You will need to tell the ecu that you no longer have hydraulic suspension or you will still have faults.

Gonna go for steel as well.. But what about wheel alignment after replacing airbags with steel springs? Haven't seen many talking about that.. or has the height of the vehicle, under typical load, remained about the same as with air suspension?

Don't think there is any facility to adjust rear wheel alignment
