Anyone give me some advice on what to clean the inside of my windscreen with? It looks like its slightly steamed up. Its annoying + a bit dangerous at night time when meeting oncoming traffic. |

Any proprietary glass cleaner will do, - Auto Glym Glass Cleaner is pretty good... If it's steaming up inside then you will need to address the cause...in order of severity Damp Carpets and or Mats... Don't use recirculate air setting... Air Conditioning not performing as well as it could - Regas? Breathing... |

The problem isn't that the window is steaming up, it just looks like that, maybe more of a light scum would describe it better. |

That's road traffic 'film' Every car will suffer from it. Any glass cleaner will remove it including good old fashioned vinegar and water mix |

 what do you think comes in from the outside with the fresh air?It's not as much as you get outside the car but it's still being dragged in. |

Before I bought the Autoglym Fast Glass cleaner I thought I would check how much it was going to cost me in Halfords, £6.99, well if thats what it is, it will have to be paid. Decided to phone an auto dealers first to see what they charged. Glad I did, almost £2.00 cheaper, couldnt believe it, thought it might be a few pence, but a couple of quid  Halfords, more like Halfrauds on this occasion. |

Many places sell it for less, but Halfords are not taking the mickey by selling it for no more than the price the manufacturer encourages retailers to sell it for. |

Well worth keeping an eye on - for most of the year car cleaning chemicals at Halfords are one "buy one get one free" or "3-for-2". Offers include AutoGlym, Meguiar's, Simoniz, Turtle Wax, Halfords own brand, RainX and most other brands they stock. |
