Just wondered if anyone has fitted wheel spacers with Resolfen alloys? And if so what they have used.

I had a set of kei hub centric spacers before for some after matket wherls but they used 60 degree tapered wheel nuts to hold the wheel to the spacer. I've had a look on eBay and I can't seem to find any spacers that use flat seated bolts/nuts to fit the wheels which I presume I would need.

Are there any suitable items available?

If you look through my thread in this section "yes I have another vts" there are images of 25mm H&R spacers fitted to standard wheels. rears fitted on page 1 and fronts on page 3 I think.

Thanks lee, I just had a look at your post.

How do your wheels bolt to the spacer, I can't really see in the picture.

How much did you pay per pair and where from?

Thanks.

Ah I get it now, you have the DRA system where you bolt the spacer to the hub and use the standard bolts to fit the wheels to the spacer.

On first glance I couldn't see the bolts that hold the spacer on!! They just looked blank!! I get it now though, thanks!!

Yeah that's right. Just seemed easier to me to get these and use original bolts than try to figure out and buy bolts too.

Did you feel any benefit handling wise after fitting the spacers? Over and above the benefit you get from lowering I mean.

Wheel spacers have been ordered.

Gone for the ones where you bolt the spacer to car hub then use the standard flat seat bolts to attach the wheel to the spacer.

20mm each and 65.1 centre bore so direct fitment fitment for citroen.

Hopefully I will have them fitted soon. Thanks lee for your help.

Have you fitted the 20mm spacers? Keen to see the result Been dreaming about the 20mm ones too, "because 25mm is pushing the MOT around here". (The legal amount actually being 0mm!)

EDIT:

I parted ways with my C4 yesterday after 4 and a bit years. I was very sad to see it go!! Anyway I sold the car as it was and now have some parts in my garage that are no good to me.

-> Propably no pictures anymore then

No sorry I dont, my wife decided to delete the pictures off of my phone before I could save them to my computer.

It did look good though, much better than it looked standard. I think with 25mm spacers it would have been flush with the wheel arch but as it was it looked just right.
