I suspect that you need to buy a replacement bag, but need a Vin for your car to have a look to see what I can find.

Refilling the bag is a lengthy, messy, drawn out process. Just order a new bag. We have learnt

Part Number: 96 781 016 80 Additive Pouch. £127.48 inc Vat UK Retail

That is based upon your VIN (click image to enlarge)

[shadowbox=http://c4owners.org/plugins/forum/attachment/1/1334214752_1_FT159589_powerflex_additive.jpg| Powerflex Additive::||]http://c4owners.org/plugins/forum/attachment/1/1334214752_1_FT159589_powerflex_additive_.jpg[/shadowbox]

Additional Information:

Please Note: the addives used vary depending on the cars RPO number and can NOT be mixed

The additive DPX42 must be used for vehicles with a rigid reservoir for the additive filter up to RPO 9491

Caution: from RPO number 9492 the additive used corresponds to the 'clickfit' union on the additive reservoir.

  • Green Clickfit: Eolys 176 (until stocks are exhausted)
  • Green Clickfit: Infineum F7995
  • Blue Clickfit: Rhodia Powerflex
  • White Clickfit: Rhodia DPX42
Later additives are in a 'flexible pouch' and it is, as Phil says, simpler to change the pouch, as they aren't designed to be re filled.

Hi all, as per previous post, ensure correct DPF additive is fitted as Citroen have used 5 different fluids (not all are Eolys) and advise that they are not compatible with each other.

You will find further details on the compatibilities via a site search on this forum.

Obviously refilling a flexible pouch makes it much more likely that the "wrong" fluid will be used.

Regards
G

Took a bit of digging out, but we got there.

Don't forget that you need access to Lexia to reset the Additive ECU (I'm still looking for the process document)

Thanks to everybody for help. Today finally I refilled plastic bag, was very easy. I got adapter in package with new Infineum, then reset additive ECU. Now I see 2,4l on counter.

In my plastic bag was Eolys 176, but I read that I can mix Eolys with Powerflex en Infineun.

Have a nice weekend.

Yes, it's very easy with adapter, which you will get with refill kit, without adapter will be difficult because there's some valve on output of plastic bag.
