Wow what a nightmare.The old case of pass the buck and s*d the consumer. It doesn't look an easy case to solve and might not prove cost effective to get a solicitor/lawyer involved and even if it is it could be a long drawn out process! |

BSI is in the engine bay so how was it "hanging down in the passenger footwell"? Insurance company won't pay out because it was an electrical fault that caused a fire? All very strange and not something that we are going to be involved in as it's going to need a lawyer to sort out. |
