Honorable,
I bought used Citroen C4, first registration December 2008, from France.
Car has been used as delivery car without rear seats. Seller puts rear seats but without rear safety belts.
How to instal new one? Is it OK to buy them on nearest car scrap yard?

 These are major safety features of your car, so I would recommend not fitting used seat belts from a scrapped or damaged car.

Also check the anchor points, to make sure they are all present and in good condition.
