Hi. I am having a Clifford alarm fitted to my Citroen C4 and the company who are fitting it say the canbus needs to be switched on for the alarm to work. Does anyone know if the canbus is already switched on or do I need to take it to Citroen to get it switched on? Cheers.

You need to go to a Citroen dealer or someone with Lexia to get the Canbus alarm functionality enabled.

Think I would personally just get the Citroen one fitted. The OEM one is CAT1. Lots that can go wrong when people start messing around.
