Hi, fist time poster
iv foolishly left my rear brakes grinding metal on metal for a couple of weeks and its left my car covered in little metal flakes stuck into the paint
was just wondering what you guys thought would be best to restore my paint back to its former glory ??? thanks

A body shop professionally. Trying DIY you may end up with a badly scratched surface which needs professional repair anyway, so don't make it any worse than it already is.

I like the way the OP is more worried about the paintwork than having no brakes.

Do we presume the brake pads and possibly discs have been replaced?
