Does anyone know the diameter of the front and rear brakes on the WRC C4 car, and were they made of steel or carbon fibre?

Couldn't tell you the size but it depends on the surface. Always vented steel and the calipers vary between 4 and 6 pot.

It depends on the track they are running on. They tend to change everything depending on the stage. I think the entire setup disc sizes etc is changed based on the conditions. On ice they tend to run smaller wheels and so smaller discs and callipers. On tarmac stages bigger wheels and brakes due to the typically higher speeds. Just found this on google. These were fitted to Petter Solbergs C4. Look like 4 piston callipers with ceramic discs. |

Again it changes massively depending on the type of stage they are running. They are rather different from your typical road going versions. Much much thicker pistons etc due to having to land big jumps etc. However like the brakes the suspension is also British. EXE-TC are who did the suspension for the Xsara and C4. Picture of a damper here for you |
