Hi all,

I have now owned Sienna for 1yr now, and can honestly say I do not miss my Vag SEAT Toledo one bit. Yes it was a big car and took loads of [%*^#@!] in the boot. It pulled handled really well for such a large car with a 1.6 8v engine but it was thirsty. After owning my HDi 110, I can easily feel the extra power (10hp more) and the fuel consumption has more than doubled in efficiency I am certain!

The last year has gone without any major issues.. infact apart from the ongoing roof rack mount saga (which was my fault and I still havent found a resolution) I haven't had one problem.

I have covered about 12k miles and am currently enjoying a couple of weeks in the deep south west. I still love the styling and the features. Occasionally the service light comes on when using cruise control, but having read about it on here, I just wiggle the switch and it goes away. The passenger window sometimes has a mind of it's own, but resetting with the pinch action (again, thanks to this site) it gets resolved very easily.

There are not many Coupes in Swindon, so I feel special whenever I drive it. The handling is superb, although I have yet to throw it to the extreme like I used to do with the Toledo. With a full load (bike, tent, suitcase, inflateable kayaks, friends) I dont really notice the extra weight.

I love my car and am really glad I eventually made the decision to get one. (I initially had a test drive when it was first launched over here at a motor show and knew I would own one one day)

Thanks to everyone here for their help, guidance and friendliness and I look forward to being a part of the community for another couple/few years.

Yes, Still going strong and coping with the commute to Reading ok.

I have a tow bar waiting to be fitted (this weeekend Hopefully) then I will need to look at getting a lighting relay for a bike rack (not planning on towing trailers with it).

The knocking I had when I got her is still there... maybe a little more obvious, but has gone through 2 services without being picked up on now. It is a shame they don't do road tests as part of the service anymore.

I have noticed a couple of red Loebs in the town recently with different drivers... added to the one with a C4O sticker, that would make 3 of them, and another black Coupe like mine, but they or I am never still long enough to whop a card on!!

Probably. He hasn't rung me yet, except he want help fitting his towbar!!!

He should also stop being lazy and sort out the brake switch. I bet I end up doing that as well in August when he has a scheduled visit to the rainy principality.

Also, could do with a damn good clean inside. Filthy

My local dealer does a road test after the service to check everything is OK, it all depends on where you go I'm afraid.

They should do - it's a box they tick on the service schedule at my local dealer.

I shall have to dig out the paperwork and check for the tick then.

Fate was tempted by resurrecting this thread... and fate took control!

This morning I went to do my 50 mile commute and nothing.. just the clicking of relays and flashing lights! All fuses Checked and battery at 12v (+/-) but still nothing.... GRRR, no idea where to go now.

I shall start a new thread as I cant find what I am looking for after searching.

Battery or starter motor if it won't turn the engine over.
