This is starting to be a very common problem, it's the contact in the starter solenoid cap, it starts to ark across causing the fuse to blow, replacing the fuse may get it to start but as a temporary measure.

You will need to take the starter off and either get it overhauled costs about £40 or a replacement or exchange unit.
